GYE OKH OH GETS HOLE-IN-1
The Fiji Golf Club Lady Members Club Championship Qualifying Competition - sponsored by EMBEES MOTOR ORKS, VATUWAQA - Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September.
Round 1 was played on Saturday but due to the heavy rain on Saturday night, making the course unplayable, Round 2 had to be postponed to Tuesday 15th September. All lady member competitors are asked to reportto the Club at 11.30am on Tuesday for a 12noon tee-off. Please be early as we need to put a seeded draw together.
Results of Day 1 -
Division 1 - (Handicap 1 - 18)
Leaders are - Gye OK Oh on a 76 gross followed closely by Sereima Bale on a 79 gross. Gye Oh one of our squad members to the games in the Cook Islands also got a HOLE-IN-1 on the 5th Hole.
Division 2 - (Handicap 19 - 45)
Leaders are - J.R. Yoon with a 90 gross followed very closely by Hilary Pickering, Doreen Chew and Elizabeth Sorby, all on a 94 gross.
